Who Can Benefit from Coaching?

Coaching can be helpful if something in your day-to-day life feels harder than it should—and you’re looking for a different way forward.

You might benefit from coaching if:

  • You have big reactions, feel overwhelmed quickly, or find it hard to come back to calm

  • You get stuck in patterns like procrastinating, avoiding, or shutting down, even when you care about the outcome

  • You understand what you want to do, but struggle to start, follow through, or stay consistent

  • You feel like you’re working harder than others just to keep up, at home, school, or work

  • You find yourself repeating the same cycles—rushing, forgetting, reacting, regretting

  • You’re a parent trying to support your child, but feel caught between patience and frustration

  • You’re navigating daily friction at home—mornings, transitions, homework, or bedtime

  • You want to respond differently, but in the moment, it’s hard to access calm or clarity

  • You’re a teen or adult who feels capable but inconsistent, and it’s impacting confidence

  • You want tools that actually work for your brain—not just more advice or pressure

  • You’re ready to understand your patterns and find a way forward that feels doable

What Support Looks Like

  • Coaching is most effective when we have time to build awareness, practice new strategies, and support change as it unfolds.

We begin our work together with a free 20-minute consultation

    • A brief, no-pressure call to connect, ask questions, and explore whether coaching feels like the right fit. This is a chance to share what’s been challenging and what you’re hoping for, and to get a sense of how I work.

    90-Minute Strategy & Planning Session: $125

    • All new clients begin here. This session allows us to step back and look at the full picture—your patterns, your environment, and what’s happening day to day. Whether you’re a parent, teen, or adult, we map what’s working, what’s not, and where to begin.

    • You’ll leave with:

    • A clearer understanding of your nervous system and patterns

    • Insight into what’s driving current challenges

    • A few practical, immediate shifts to try

    • A thoughtful plan for moving forward

    Packages Available

    • Single Session: $125 - Best for those who know the process and need targeted guidance.

    • 4 Sessions: $480 - A manageable starting point to build awareness and begin making meaningful shifts.

  • Small, supportive Zoom workshops designed to help families and young people better understand ADHD and build practical skills together.

Each workshop meets once a week for 1 hour over 4 weeks.

Groups are intentionally small, 10 to 20 participants, to create a comfortable and interactive environment.

Workshops are typically organized by age group and developmental stage so participants can connect with others navigating similar experiences.

New workshop groups are expected to run monthly, focusing on different ADHD topics and age groups.

  • Interactive group sessions designed for parents and caregivers navigating ADHD in their families.

This workshop helps parents better understand ADHD through a nervous system and emotional regulation lens, while learning practical ways to support their child at home.

    Parents will learn how to:

    • Understand ADHD beyond behavior and see what the nervous system needs

    • Recognize common family patterns around attention, overwhelm, and emotional intensity

    • Use co-regulation strategies to help children return to calm

    • Shift from reacting to behavior to understanding what the behavior is communicating

    • Build simple routines that support focus and emotional balance

    • Turn everyday struggles into opportunities for connection and growth

Parents also benefit from meeting others navigating similar challenges and building a supportive community of caregivers.

What Is ADHD?

ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) affects how the brain manages attention, regulation, and productivity. It’s not a lack of intelligence or effort; it’s a difference in how the brain processes information, emotions, and daily demands.

People with ADHD may struggle with emotional regulation, task initiation, organization, time management, and follow-through. Productivity can feel inconsistent—strong one day and impossible the next—often leading to frustration or self-doubt.

Common ADHD challenges include:

  • Difficulty focusing or getting started

  • Emotional dysregulation or feeling easily overwhelmed

  • Trouble with organization, planning, and time management

  • Inconsistent productivity and task completion

  • Forgetfulness, distraction, or mental fatigue

  • Challenges with routines, transitions, and follow-through

ADHD looks different in everyone and often affects the entire family system, especially when multiple nervous systems need support and regulation.
