What is Executive Function Really?

It’s how energy flows through the brain. I think of it like an electrical system (Yes, more lights).

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
Circuits matter. Energy tends to travel along familiar paths—the routes that have been used again and again. We can get stuck in certain patterns because they’ve become the path of least resistance.
Circuits can:
⚡ Take different routes to get somewhere
⚡ Get overloaded
⚡ Short-circuit under stress
⚡ Become tangled or inefficient
When that happens, starting, focusing, shifting gears, and managing emotions all become harder. The system is overwhelmed.
The goal is to understand the circuit and support the flow.
